Refund policy

At Arbenza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please contact our customer service team at arbenzastore@gmail.com or call us at +923708894156 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item(s).

3. Shipping Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the quickest processing time.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
